Smoothie Bowl
As some of you may know, it is smoothie bowl season.
Here is what you need to make the perfect smoothie bowl:

1 banana (frozen is better but not crucial)

Roughly 1/2 cup of frozen fruit of your choice (my favorites are strawberries, cherries, and pineapple)

Milk of choice (I use coconut milk because I'm on that no dairy grind)

Other optional add-ins: ground flaxseed, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds)

Granola (my fav)
This is how you make it:
Get ready, it's very complicated. First, you put the banana and the fruit into the blender. Next add enough milk so that the fruit will be blended but your blender doesn't die in the process (this takes practice). Now you can add anything else that you want like ground flaxseed or protein powder. Then, BLEND that sucker. You want it to be thick but if its not it will be fine and still taste good. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle granola over it and enjoy smoothie bowl season.
