Treat Yo Self Bath

What you will need:

 

 

Let the relaxing begin:

  1. This may seem like a weird post but let me tell you, getting the right bath temperature is CRUCIAL. I know everyone is different but if you are looking to stay in the bath for a long and ~relaxing~ time, you must get the temperature right. The key is to get the temperature to the ideal temp out of the faucet and then make it slightly warmer. This is because the water will cool down slightly as it runs (I am a scientist apparently).

  2. After the water temperature is good, add in the bath salts and bubble bath so they have time to dissolve and work.

  3. When the bath water is to the level of your choosing, drop in the bath bomb.

  4. Light a candle and you're ready to go.

  5. My preference is to watch Youtube (but if you do this you have to be so careful with the water, I recommend putting it on a chair next to the bath and under NO circumstances, use a laptop by the water if it is plugged in. This has been a PSA thank you for coming to my TEDtalk.) I know other people like to read or find a spa soundtrack on Spotify. 

  6. Just relax. And if you can't relax, the bath salts and bath bomb will do it for you.
